Our manual was prepared specifically to insure our customers that each and every part manufactured in our shop rigidly adheres to the quality standards needed by our customers and expected in the machine parts industry.

At CMW our personnel procedures adhere to our high standards, from full background screening prior to the start of employment to ongoing training and safety programs. Performance and safety records are maintained on each employee.

Our Vendors are selected for their commitment to quality and must have an established quality program as we do at CMW.

All work is guaranteed, and meets required API-Q1, ISO-9000*1987, ASME / ANSi, and SPPE-1 standards.

All Parts Traceable


CMW materials are 100 percent traceable from material to finished parts. The metals we purchase are accompanied by certification documentation. Tracking is maintained through final inspection. Customers may request full documentation. CMW maintains those records for five years..

Quick, on-time delivery is our trademark. CMW's average through time is four weeks. All of the routing, processing, pricing, and job history is automated to ensure quoting consistency and ease of tracking. We plan, package, process and deliver your order so that you get what you need, when you need it.

We handle your job turnkey, coordinating between vendors, our labor force, and you. Outside vendor services - honing, plating, gun drilling, trepanning, and EDM are provided on turnkey jobs.
