CMW provides on-site consultation for prototype, production or test equipment to determine manufacturing feasibility and for cost reduction.

CMW manufactures down-hole perforation and test tools as well as housings, chassis, and wire line components. Components are produced from materials ranging from plastics through exotic metals.

CMW has CAD capabilities with the ability to download drawing files and file transfers through the net site. Programming is performed in-house and maintained for future requirements.

CMW operates two shifts with 35 employees.

Nominal tolerances- plus or minus .001 and prototype parts into tenths. 

We operate at 75% capacity. Our conveniently located fully air conditioned facility consists of 13,500 sq. ft. on 7.0 acres with easy accessibility and potential for future expansion. An enclosed QC room with fully automated QC program and internal and external secured storage.
